Vessl, a London-based startup developing next-generation prosthetic systems, was represented at LSI USA ’25 by CEO Sydney Robinson. The conference took place from March 17–21 at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California.
Robinson presented on Vessl’s novel approach to prosthetic adjustability, focusing on improving comfort, function, and clinical workflow for both amputees and practitioners. Her presentation highlighted the company's work in developing adaptive socket systems that eliminate the compromises of traditional designs.
In addition to her presentation, Robinson participated in the panel "Staying Sexy Without GenAI or SaaS — Building Deceptively-Simple, but Brilliant Products," alongside Catherine Mohr (Intuitive Foundation), Rui Jing Jiang (Avisi Technologies), and James Stone (Cannulight Technology). The session explored strategies for building impactful, hardware-based innovations in a software-dominated market.
